Barricading policy

Since East Becktown is currently a Ghost Town, EBD/DBPTRPGhostVSB, as a TRP, is to be kept Very Strongly Barricaded.
Not only will this enable passing survivors to enter, it will also serve as a spawnpoint for new players!

In case EBD/DBPTRPGhostVSB is under attack, the barricades should be adjusted appropriately.
