Place most recent news at the top (& sign your posts)
News more than one month old can be found in the news archive

[edit] Purpose

To clean up location pages that are lacking a Recent News section.

[edit] Usage

Copy and paste the following line on your desired location page.

{{subst:recent news}}

This will insert the ==Recent News== heading with an accompanying blurb.

[edit] Don't forget to archive

Finally, when using this template don't forget to click on the newly formed link and properly set up the archive space.
In the archive page add the following line:
News older than one month should be moved from the [[LOCATION NAME]] page to here

Where the RED CAPITAL LETTERS are, enter the name of the location where the {{subst:recent news}} template was used.
