Using

{{Fortress Banner|1st parameter|2nd parameter|3rd parameter|4th parameter|5th parameter|6th parameter|7th parameter}}

Where:
1st = Page's Title
2nd = Top banner (If you don't want to use the Fortress one)
3rd = Bottom image
4th = Border color
5th = Background color of the bottom menu (the one starting with "The Malton Incident")
6th = Text color color of the bottom menu (the one starting with "The Malton Incident")
7th = Background color of the rest of the page
8th = Page width in px

You don't have to use all parameters but in case you use one, you'll have to use all the previous ones. If you don't want to have them changed you can use their default values:

1st = Fortress Banner
2nd = <br />
3rd = <br />
4th = #cc0000
5th = black
6th = #E9AB17
7th = black
8th = 850
