Usage
{{Ifdef|value|result}}
yields result if value isn't blank.
This template is used to simplify the following equivalent but somewhat cryptic code variants:
{{{1{{{1|}}}|{{{2}}}}}}{{{value{{{value|}}}|{{{result}}}}}}{{{test{{{test|}}}|{{{then}}}}}}
