Description

Towering thirteen stories above the ground, the Bertrand Building is still imposing despite all the broken windows and the vines that are slowly creeping up the exterior.

History

02/19/2010 - Healed a mate in here. It is very safe now, even to stay to the night. I should keep going... A portable generator has been set up here. It is out of fuel. The lobby has been decorated with two conceptual paintings.
