They're occasionally a NecroTech front. NecroTech buildings can only be identified as such from the street by characters (living or dead) with NecroTech Employment; characters with this skill will see "[NT]" appended to the end of the building's name. Office buildings are tall enough for survivors to commit suicide from. They also provide a vantage point from which binoculars can be used. Office buildings can be barricaded normally.

Sadly, almost nothing is known about this building, as the zombies (mysteriously) ate all the files in the Brazey Building, except for a stack of tax audits. Apparently a bunch of crooks worked here, but the zombies aren't talking. The Brazey Building is located in the western part of East Boundwood. It was the HQ of the Ghetto Cow group, but they went to Ridleybank. All survivors are welcome to follow them.
