United through the chaos of Malton's haunted streets, a small band of buddies have settled down in the peaceful suburb of Buttonville to make sure it stays that way.
Created to serve, protect and administer to the needs of the Buttonville citizens, the Buttonville Boys will do everything in their power to rebuild this quaint, historic suburb and surpress the zombie hordes.

12-26-05 - we have heard word that there are some sick livins in this city that can actually communicate with the undead and aid them. I don't know how that works and I don't want to know. But it's not welcome in our town. We don't like not being able to trust our neighbors, but if that's what has to be done, we'll have to get to know yah a bit if you want to be a member. If you need a helping hand you can find us usually camped out at the Buttonville Phone Mast [44,95].

01-21-06 - Buttonville has been overrun by zombies. It's not a safe little burb on the edge of malton anymore. For a little while I thought it would be ok here. Wake up with the sun, blow down all the zombies that felt like standing up that morning, take a nap. Just like mowing the lawn. I felt like that would be a pretty comfortable life. I guess I'm realizing now that walking the streets isn't realistic anymore. Everyone keeps battling these things but there's no way to really kill them.. they just keep standing back up.. we can't win.. we need to adapt. Realisticly I know now that the only way to live.. is barricaded. Barricade all the buildings in the morning and just jump from roof top to roof top. Buttonville needs to stop fighting. We can't really kill these things. And when we try to kill them and slip up and they eat a little bit of us.. they just get stronger.
It just makes sense. Stay inside. We'll live on the roofs now.

03-11-06 - Buttonville has quieted down again, but it looks like we have a new threat: each other. Under the stress and strain of this emergency, some people have been pyschologically broken down to *their* level. I wish I didn't have to do this, but there is no other way. Kill Intrepidman3 on sight.

08-21-08 - Two years have passed.. TWO YEARS!! *cough! cough!* The undead swept over our ranks. We couldn't keep up.. they just kept coming and we *COUGH! cough!* .. we had to sleep! We HAD TO! ... the undead swallowed us whole. McHale, Sveitzer, Thirsty Jack.. all dead.. *cough!* They're more than dead, they're digested!! .... glassfan was able to make it out.. but they tore off his middle.
