The Charbonnier Museum is a Conceptual Art Museum located at [40,81] in the northwestern corner of Kinch Heights. It's current display is a rather ordinary "collection of conceptual paintings now thick with dust." That is to say, conceptual paintings done by folks who don't have a concept of what makes good art.
