When the milatary forces were sent in to clean up the zombies the Dement arms was one of the main enrty points in South West, as the milatary passed though most of the contents of pub was emptyed by the forces, during the construction of the biorder a large amount of covicts usded the building as a staging point for an escape and looting the surrounding buildings, order was returned to the building when it was envelouped into the CAPD compund.
