[edit] Description

In 1992 the Office Building at 1427 Rome Way, in the Chudleyton Downtown Complex, was dedicated to 1960's Singing Sensation 'Donovan'.
The aging musician and family expressed their thrill that the beautiful suburb of Chudleyton would bestow such an honor and were present at the dedication.
The building is just an empty shell of an empty shell now; however it serves the important purpose of telephone tower and refuge for weary travelers between Caiger Mall and the heart of the DMZ the Broadbelt Grove Complex.

The Donovan Building is also Mobile Phone Mast equipped tower in the suburb of Chudleyton.
