The NecroTech logo glows gently above the front desk, and doors open onto a number of brightly-lit laboratories and computer rooms.
The Farmer Building is a NecroTech facility located in the suburb of Pitneybank only several blocks away from the scenic rotting corpses of Fort Creedy. It is one of three such NecroTech buildings located in the suburb. Staff at this building commonly revive undead survivors found standing at nearby revive points.
Being near Fort Creedy the Farmer Building is an important resource to keeping those brave freedom fighters alive. It also serves as a valuable rallying location for Giddings Mall when they need resources.
Primarily serves the Cemetery 81,45 revive point.
Members of project NecroWatch renovated the facility in recent months, as they installed sensor eyes for A.L.I.C.E. throughout the building and uploaded NecroNet 2.0 into the facility's system terminals.

NecroTech staff continue to follow directive 42-A, issued by the head office on January 19th 2006, with the activation and manufacture of MK-II revivification syringes. While the cost in time and effort are currently high the certainty provided by being able to manufacture a constant stream of syringes has mitigated early concerns.
The activation of NecroNet with all NecroTech buildings has also allowed scientists to apply the DNA tracking research they have gathered to date. The field research staff stationed at the Farmer Building feel certain that they can crack the mystery surrounding the spread of the virus as well as help monitor aberrant zombie activity within Pitneybank.
This building should be Very Strongly Barricaded at all times. This is in accordance with the mutually agreed-upon plan set forth by local survivor groups, who routinely work together to monitor that the barricades for this building are at the aforementioned level. This building is meant to serve as a safehouse for everyone..
Zombie tracking reports are a free service provided by the NecroTech corporation to all its staff and local survivors in order to help facilitate quicker response times when managing zombie threats and to build a greater awareness of zombie migration patterns within the 9x9 block region around the Farmer Building. As a cautious reminder, only those zombies tagged with the DNA Extractor will appear on these scans, so actual numbers may vary when dealing with older zombies (i.e. Brain Rot).

Apr. 16, 2008 - The building is in total ruins, just like the rest of the North. A small squad held garrison last time I was there but I doubt they are still alive. Gun for this place first. Fargo1168 14:53, 16 April 2008 (UTC)
Mar. 26, 2008 - Building it has been re-taken by the humans. Need help to keep it under the human control. CWesker 14:53, 26 March 2008 (UTC)
Jan. 3, 2008 - Building is lost, I watched the last survivor getting pulled to there death around 11am EST through what are now half glazed eyes, before I shambled off to get a needle in the neck. All survivors killed, over 200 zeds involved in the assualt, still over 150 inside the building. One would have to assume that they will be knocking on other doors tonight, perhaps the morrish or the mall?--Mr NoName001 16:03, 3 January 2008 (UTC)

June 26th, 2007 - Farmer has been retaken by the CDF and other vailant survivors and it's status has stabalized at safe over the past couple of days. Break-ins do occur as this place is like human flesh to zeds, but they are quickly dispatched of. --Carl Wolfhiem 07:05, 26 June 2007 (BST)

June 2nd, 2007 - For several nights now Farmer's has been tettering on the brink of safe and not safe. The zeds, they just don't stop poundin' us here. This is making revives slow as spit, haltering the battle at Fort creedy, and well...yeah. --Carl Wolfhiem 04:44, 3 June 2007 (BST)
May 16th, 2007 - Zeds break in every so often, however there is usually a few people on to repel and cade back up. The Junkyard and the Norgan Library have been taking some heat. Norgan was just recently reclaimed, but I'm sure it's bound to fall without sufficent support. The Junkyard hasn't been faring too well either. Both of the sites have over 10+ zombies outside. Undeadites have been harassing the Farmers. They've been GK'ing and PK'ing. It's really a nusiance with the Zeds a mere foot from the inside. Farmers has been the CDF's Counter-Attack HQ as of a few days ago. Luxembourg
April 26th, 2007 - Very few zeds outside, most are just run off from the fort. Building is sucure with a radio, generator, and at least 10 survivors inside. Kept at EHB, enty Point at Junkyard by Mumford Towers, and sometimes Norgan Library. Carl Wolfhiem

March 18th, 2006 - Lost on or around the 16th and then recaptured again today by survivor forces. Deja vu. The power is on and survivors are encouaged to gather so we can hold this location. --Geerts 00:33, 19 March 2007 (UTC)
