Outside
You are standing outside the Fortune Building, a narrow metal-and-glass building with a collapsed roof. The building's doors have been left wide open, and you can see that the interior of the building has been ruined for some time.

Inside
You are inside the Fortune Building. The building has been completely ransacked, and has fallen into ruin. Mould and fungus bloom across the crumbling walls, and the building's fittings are buried beneath dust and fallen plaster. The doors to the street have been left wide open.

They're occasionally a NecroTech front. NecroTech buildings can only be identified as such from the street by characters (living or dead) with NecroTech Employment; characters with this skill will see "[NT]" appended to the end of the building's name. Office buildings are tall enough for survivors to commit suicide from. They also provide a vantage point from which binoculars can be used. Office buildings can be barricaded normally.

Just like most of Dunell Hills, this building is also ruined and abandoned.
