Some are NecroTech Buildings and can be identified by the "[NT]" appended to their name if you have the NecroTech Employment skill. Office buildings are tall enough for survivors to commit suicide from. They also provide a vantage point from which binoculars can be used. Office buildings can be barricaded normally.

The Gaskell Building is a building in the Malton suburb of Santlerville, just one of several in the suburb.

The Gaskell building used to be a software development facility before the outbreak. Now it serves as the refuge of an occasional survivor or two though in late July of 2007, it served as just the opposite, as the Reanimations attacked and destroyed the building. It has since been restored.

In accordance with the Santlerville Barricade Plan, this site is to be kept at Extremely Heavily Barricaded (EHB+4). For those with the free running skill, entry is via Junkyard 71,22.
