Basic Info:

Description

The building stands stall and strong, as shown by its obvious and formidable thick cement walls, it stands up to five feet tall. It's ground level not level with the actual ground, as it is raised up at least two feet off the ground with simple stairs that spread out to the sides. It's windows small on the first two floors, except for the rest having much larger windows until it meets its roof top, which is accessible through service stairs. The building was never designed for over consumption of power, so it never had an elevator, it is also quite old and can be considered by most unstable, aside from its strong walls, if the building hadn't been built with cement, it would have surely fallen by now.

History

On April 7, 2012... a few large trucks had been pulling into the area, most with Malton Department of Defense logo's on them, only one truck with the name "Malton Safe Zone Security" had pulled in, and it's trailer somewhat smaller than the other trucks. MDD forces have been shown to line up the nearby streets and parking lots to appear as if it was some sort of take over of the building. Some lined the windows inside, and a few even took up settlement on the roof. Plans to know about the situation is unknown, but it looks as if the building is being taken over.

April 17, 2012... It appears patrols have been set up and the trucks have left. Malton Safe Zone Security had established signs of safety, which would probably attract nearby zombies, or worse... The lights seem to go on and off in the area, whether it's the large building close by or the Police Department, the lights are almost always on, at least one or the other. Broken windows are boarded up, sandbags laid about, it seems as though it has a relation to the nearby M.D.D. facilities.

Barricade Policy

According to the Randallbank Barricade Plan, The Hindley Building must never be less than Extremely Heavily (+4) barricaded. When the threat of attack is about, or the building is in ruins, this building needs to meet its requirements so that it can be usable again.
