Some are NecroTech Buildings and can be identified by the "[NT]" appended to their name if you have the NecroTech Employment skill. Office buildings are tall enough for survivors to commit suicide from. They also provide a vantage point from which binoculars can be used. Office buildings can be barricaded normally.

This building is the Mobile Phone Mast for the suburb of Eastonwood, which is located in the North Central area of the city.

The Hosken Building has, since 2006, been predominately under zombie control. Only a few attempts to repair and hold the Mobile Phone Mast have been recorded. Regular zombie patrols from the ZRO! guard makes the building a very dangerous place.
