Some are NecroTech Buildings and can be identified by the "[NT]" appended to their name if you have the NecroTech Employment skill. Office buildings are tall enough for survivors to commit suicide from. They also provide a vantage point from which binoculars can be used. Office buildings can be barricaded normally.

The Parsley Building was built in 1982 for vegetable research, focusing mainly on the use of garnishes in fancy restaurants. Before the zombie outbreak, one key scientist, Dr. Richard Mayburn, appeared to be closing in on a key component of garnish specialization. Unfortunately, research footage later found by survivors depicts Dr. Mayburn's last moments on this earth as he was devoured by the undead.
