Description
The Penning Building is a NecroTech facility located in the suburb of Nixbank. Though a faceless corporate structure to the uninitiated, this facility once acted as the heart of transdimensional portal technology research for NecroTech within the suburb, but that was going nowhere fast so they switched to more practical work, such as satellite tracking, instead. Staff at this building commonly revive zombies at nearby revive points. This facility is one of three NecroTech facilities found in the suburb. Members of project NecroWatch renovated the facility in recent months, as they installed sensor eyes for A.L.I.C.E. throughout the building and uploaded NecroNet 2.0 into the facility's system terminals.
Mandate
NecroTech staff continue to follow directive 42-A, issued by the head office on January 19th 2006, with the activation and manufacture of MK-II revivification syringes. While the cost in time and effort are currently high the certainty provided by being able to manufacture a constant stream of syringes has mitigated early concerns.
The activation of NecroNet with all NecroTech buildings has also allowed scientists to apply the DNA tracking research they have gathered to date. The field research staff stationed at the Penning Building feel certain that they can crack the mystery surrounding the spread of the virus as well as help monitor aberrant zombie activity within Nixbank.
Barricade Policy
This building should be Extremely Heavily (EH) barricaded at all times. This is in accordance with the barricade plans set forth by local survivors, who routinely monitor the barricade level for this building. This building is meant to serve as a safehouse for Malton's veteran survivors, and thus requires the Free Running skill to be properly utilized. Survivors who find the building's barricades below their assigned level are asked to assist in raising them back up in order to help ensure the safety of all the survivors staying inside the building. Any survivor found lowering the barricades may be directly "put to the question" by any survivors present at that time. If this happens the accused survivor must present a valid reason for their actions or be labeled a zombie spy/death cultist and be judged accordingly.
NecroNet Reports
Zombie tracking reports are a free service provided by the NecroTech corporation to all its staff and local survivors in order to help facilitate quicker response times when managing zombie threats and to build a greater awareness of zombie migration patterns within the 9x9 block region around the Penning Building. As a cautious reminder, only those zombies tagged with the DNA Extractor will appear on these scans, so actual numbers may vary when dealing with older zombies (i.e. Brain Rot).

Current Occupants
The Brotherhood of Steel has taken Penning as it's base of operations. Two nearby areas, a graveyard and Monro Row, are operated by the Brotherhood as Revive Points. All A.L.I.C.E sensors were covered as the Brotherhood doesn't trust AI.
Current Events

The building has been very strongly barricaded. Also here are cdextra (26HP), Joseph Temple (60HP), Mike Bland (60HP), Lance Arthur (60HP), no one's home (45HP), Narly Bob (60HP), Harvey the Roach (60HP), Private R Mortis (60HP), gorry (48HP), Richard Febrey (50HP), helco (30HP) and Dr Amelia (50HP).A portable generator has been set up here. March 26th, 2009 - The Church of the Resurrection responded to the call of those who are lost without the guidance of Sweet Zombie Jesus. Over the course of many days, the Church engaged in door-knocking and gentle whispering, all in the hope that the residents of the Penning Building would open their hearts to Sweet Zombie Jesus. On the final day, the barricades the residents set up to the truth finally succumbed and the Church entered the Penning Building and converted many to the way of Sweet Zombie Jesus. Others, still unable to accept Sweet Zombie Jesus's grace and compassion fled the building. The Church of the Resurrection invites these individuals to meet the Church in Foulkes Village. February 2nd 2009 - Lights on, and building is supplied with a radio transmitter, operated by the Brotherhood of Steel, Zombie activity in the area is at an all time low, with less than 3 zombies within scan range at any one time. June 13th, 2006 - Currently over-run with zombies this NecroTech building was once home to the only revive point in Nixbank (to my knowledge) it has been over run recently but B.R.A.I.N.S. has begun renewing operations and is looking for members to man-it/regularly check.
