Some are NecroTech Buildings and can be identified by the "[NT]" appended to their name if you have the NecroTech Employment skill. Office buildings are tall enough for survivors to commit suicide from. They also provide a vantage point from which binoculars can be used. Office buildings can be barricaded normally.

Description

Red-bricked and frumpy like an old loaf of bread. Steps lead up to the inset doors.

Barricade Policy

Since the building houses no tactical resources and it is almost on an island (surrounded by streets), it should serve as an entry point for the factory 1NW, and barricades maintained at VSB accordingly.

History

From the outset, the Powlet Building was subdivided into smaller businesses, most of which were in the practice of law. Notable among them was Murphy and Barnett, who won a substantial class-action lawsuit against a well known children's brand for manufacturing flammable pirate hats.
