Basic Info:

Blocks titled "the Something Building" are office buildings. They're occasionally a NecroTech front. NecroTech buildings can only be identified as such from the street by characters (living or dead) with NecroTech Employment; characters with this skill will see "[NT]" appended to the end of the building's name.

Office buildings are tall enough for survivors to commit suicide from. They also provide a vantage point from which binoculars can be used.

Office buildings can be barricaded normally.

[edit] Pre-Outbreak History

Originally the mayor's residence for Scarletwood, but obviously has since not been due to the outbreak. The former mayor was convicted for killing 4 guests to the building and reportedly turning their intestines into drapes to hide the sunlight and reporters outside taking pictures. He went even more insane and ripped his own out in his cell and ate himself to death. He is buried within the basement which is fortified and locked. Those that knew him always said, if he were to die... I doubt he'd stay dead. Of course at this time, such ideas were laughable, but the outbreak certainly enlightened people on this striking fact that undead is possible. The spirits of those he killed are said to have stalked the Sever Building looking for humans to take intestines from. The basement door is also said to be rattled randomly from an unknown source.

This building, for a very short time, was the HQ for Die Angriff-Maschine. They have since moved to Kinch Heights, but may one day return to their haunted haven.
