Some are NecroTech Buildings and can be identified by the "[NT]" appended to their name if you have the NecroTech Employment skill. Office buildings are tall enough for survivors to commit suicide from. They also provide a vantage point from which binoculars can be used. Office buildings can be barricaded normally.

Description

A poorly maintained apartment building, which was being remade into an office at the time of the outbreak.

History

Eddy Deazy, owner of the Snee Apartment Building, was more concerned about profits than the health of the residents. The name of the building and the constant presence of asbestos dust led to the residents to be nicknamed 'Sneezers'.
