Office buildings are tall enough for survivors to commit suicide from. They also provide a vantage point from which binoculars can be used. Office buildings can be barricaded normally.

Although it was voted on a few times, the name of the building has yet to be changed. Most residents get annoyed at having to explain that their office address is indeed 45 Street Building on Building Street.

It seems the residents of Malton didn't learn anything.
