Some are NecroTech Buildings and can be identified by the "[NT]" appended to their name if you have the NecroTech Employment skill. Office buildings are tall enough for survivors to commit suicide from. They also provide a vantage point from which binoculars can be used. Office buildings can be barricaded normally.

[edit] Description

The Whitenoll Building is a large metal-and-glass building surrounded by railings.

In June of 2006, the Knights Templar arrived in Kempsterbank and found this building to be the perfect location to base their newly relocated group from its origins in Yagoton. Previously, it can be noted that the building was the home of Sector House 13 which was very much on its last legs when the Knights moved in. To this day there are less than a handful of dedicated members from that group, identifiable by a "Judge Xxx" name.

In accordance with the Kempsterbank Barricade Plan, this site is to be kept at Extremely Heavily Barricaded (EHB+4).
