Hollomstown Locations Etcetera

Contents

There are still plenty of locations in Hollomstown that are without descriptions, and, in order to lower the amount of stubs on the wiki, they are merged here. Feel free to give any location its own page, providing you supply it with a description.

Also, some ideas may be mentioned in each location's description here. It is recommended that you include those ideas while writing a description for the location.

[edit] Arms

Basic Info:
  • Pubs have no internal descriptions, apart from "...an abandoned pub."
  • Arms can be barricaded normally.

Hollomstown contains six pubs, with two of them in the north and the rest all in the more commercial south. It is thought that this is because of the fact that Hollomstown's north side contains mostly growing families, while the south is the "Downtown" Hollomstown.

Pub Barricade Policy

Pubs are not considered resource buildings, so it is not uncommon for them to be Extremely Heaviliy Barricaded, for the safety of pub goers. However, in Hollomstown, two of the six pubs are designated as Entry Points are not to be barricaded higher than Very Strongly.

In the past, the Cleaves Arms has been a second HQ for the Caturday Militia, the entry point to the actual HQ.

[edit] Current Status

Today, Cleaves Arms stands as an entry point to any newbies, a home for the Caturday Militia, and a refuge for any who pass thru. Can be counted on to remain this way only until mass zombies come thru, and returned to such as quickly as possible.

[edit] Banks

Basic Info:
  • All banks were emptied or looted prior to evacuation. Tagging a bank earns 1 XP.
  • Among the internal descriptions found in Banks:
    • "The vault lies open, its contents either looted or transferred."
  • Banks can be barricaded normally.

There are only three banks located in Hollomstown. One in the north, and two in the south.

Note each's location in the suburb, along with buildings around it, when writing each's description. Perhaps a small, family owned bank is best for a bank located near mostly houses, while a larger one near office buildings and places of work.

Bank Barricade Policy

Banks are not resource buildings, so it is common for them to remain at Extremely Heavily Barricaded states, and two of Hollomstown's banks are. Pilbeam Bank, however, is used as an entry point for the Necrotech building next door.
