The Yagoton School District is one of the 100 School Districts of Malton. The Yagoton School District serves the suburb of Yagoton. There are three schools in the district.

• Hambridge Alley (Elementary) School
• Milnerr Crescent (Middle) School
• Thresh Grove (High) School

Hambridge Alley School is located at coordinates 41,14 in the suburb of Yagoton and is one of the three schools that are in the Yagoton School District. Hambridge Alley is an Elementary School and it includes a small pre-school section.

Milnerr Crescent School is located at coordinates 49,12 in the suburb of Yagoton and is one of the three schools that are in the Yagoton School District. Milnerr Crescent is a Middle School housed in a redbrick building. Although it is located in Yagoton, it also serves as the middle school to the adjacent Millen Hills School District as there are no Middle Schools in Millen Hills. This location is also home to the first Pizza Zeds

Thresh Grove School is located at coordinates 44,17 in the suburb of Yagoton and is one of the three schools that are in the Yagoton School District. Thresh Grove is a High School and before the quarantine was known for its cheerleading squad.

Currently, it serves as one of the key staging points for the operation of the revivification clinic at St. Swithun's Church.
