Having played Scroll Wars I can say that it looks like Cyberbob240 followed Gold Blade there to bother him. Try reading into more, he actually went there for a different purpose originally, but started bothered Gold Blade when Gold Blade continually left hints of his involvement in all the recent vandalism.
