- He can't, regardless of however "out of control" grim may or may not be there are no grounds for Misconduct as he did not use any of his "admin powers" in this conflict. Nalikill's Argument
Okay. Here's my argument. As seen on my suggestion page, he insulted me with the comment 'get the fuck off of suggestions', implying I was incapable of formulating a good suggestion. That goes against rule number 1 of voting on suggestions, "You are voting on Suggestions, not Users." He, by voting, implied he was aware of and subject to the rules before beginning. Now, vandalism is defined as "an edit not made in a good-faith attempt to improve this wiki", but the vandalism definition also says that individual pages have their own rules- such as the suggestions page. So I, as the Vandal Banning page says was appropriate, removed the vandalising statement, kept the vote there, and hoped he would reconsider insulting me, and return to criticizing the suggestion. I explained to him, in the replies, that I would accept criticism of the suggestion- as the suggestion page says is appropriate- but not a personal attack. He then filed a Vandal Banning report against me, and I did the same to him, before reconsidering it, and bringing the matter to Arbitration. Nalikill 21:48, 24 August 2007 (BST)
Grim's Argument
Responding.
Firstly: I did not violate rule one. I wrote a rather long criticvsm of your suggestion, then tacked on "get the fuck out of suggestions!" at the end. This is not, in any way, shape or form, a personal attack. Calling him a whiney little bitch who wants to have it all his own way despite it being contrary to the rules of this wiki would have been a personal attack, as well closer to the truth than he would like. It is only because you are an imbecile without a leg to stand on that you are trying to play the victim here, when you were the one who started this.
Secondly: There is not, and never has been, a rule on this wiki saying i cant insult people. Its antisocial, its crude, but everyone needs to blow off some steam every now and then. Besides, if we had a rule against it, by the end of the week the only people left would be lurkers. While this might be funny for a while, it would quickly grow stale.
Thirdly: I must strongly protest this unfair harrassment. This dickhead refuses to allow the wiki measures to deal with a problem he is creating, and then trying to get me punished for telling him to get out. Thats just ridiculous. He did the crime, time to do the time. Stop whining about it and trying to get me in trouble. Each and every time i have been settled with it, he goes and starts it up again, which leads to my next point...
Fourth: You are being absolutely retarded in bringing this here. There is nothing to arbitrate here. You made a dumb suggestion, i smacked you down. you stupidly and illegally edited my vote, i smacked you down again. You, even after you were told it was against the rules, stupidly did it again and i smacked you down for it again. Then you stupidly opened a vandal banning case against me on the subject and i smacked you down, now you have stupidly opened this arbitration case, and guess what? Here i am smacking you down again! Despite your seeming delusions, slow and stupid does not win the race, no matter how fervently you wish it so.
Fifth: You are being utterly childish in this senseless attempt at persecution. Get the fuck out of Arbitration!

Chewbacca Defense
Ladies and gentlemen of this supposed jury, Chef's attorney would certainly want you to believe that his client wrote "Stinky Britches" ten years ago. And they make a good case. Hell, I almost felt pity myself! But, ladies and gentlemen of this supposed jury, I have one final thing I want you to consider. Ladies and gentlemen, this is Chewbacca. Chewbacca is a Wookiee from the planet Kashyyyk. But Chewbacca lives on the planet Endor. Now think about it; that does not make sense!
Why would a Wookiee, an eight-foot tall Wookiee, want to live on Endor, with a bunch of two-foot tall Ewoks? That does not make sense! But more important, you have to ask yourself: What does this have to do with this case? Nothing. Ladies and gentlemen, it has nothing to do with this case! It does not make sense! Look at me. I'm a lawyer defending a major record company, and I'm talkin' about Chewbacca! Does that make sense? Ladies and gentlemen, I am not making any sense! None of this makes sense! And so you have to remember, when you're in that jury room deliberatin' and conjugatin' the Emancipation Proclamation, [approaches and softens] does it make sense? No! Ladies and gentlemen of this supposed jury, it does not make sense! If Chewbacca lives on Endor, you must acquit! The defense rests.
Sonny's Decision
I read this and the vandalism page over and have come to a conclusion. Nalikill, what you did was vandalism. Changing a "post" made by somneone, as in changing something they said with their signature next to it, is considered impersonation, a form of vandilism. Also the wiki had no rules against swearing. All attempts by the Faerie Queen to do so was met with utter failure. So you'll get your punishment for vandilism. Grim however was out of line for stopping the suggestion before it could be spaminated. However I know any other mod glancing at it would see it broke the do's and don't's and would have it removed too. Grim will refrain from posting on Nalikill's talk page and the usual "avoid drama" stuff and Nalikill will get his punishment for vandilism. Either a warning or a 1 day ban.
