Obscene, vulgar, or offensive language (as designated by an agreed upon dictionary, and including words, terms or names derived from that language), when directed towards individuals or groups, may be considered vandalism, dependant on a complaint being brought by the targeted individual or group.

Note: there is, as yet, no agreed upon dictionary stated within this policy, as it is still under discussion / investigation.
