Hi, As I’ve stated before here and here I believe that users that weren’t around during the original promotion should have a chance to voice their opinion about established sysops every once and awhile. As a job evaluation of sorts.

As I was promoted over a year ago, and only 4 of the users who gave their opinion about me are still around, I thought that now was as good a time as any. So I decided to go through the promotion page once again so people can have a say in how my work as a sysop holds up. Like a normal promotion afterwards a bureaucrat will decide if I have the trust and support to continue as sysop.

A short introduction for the people who might need or simply want one , I began editing on this wiki in October 2005, I became what was then still called a moderator in May 2006 and the resident bureaucrat in July 2006. Shortly after that removed myself from that postion and I idled out for some months through a combination of my job demanding more time from me and the need for a vacation from the wiki.

I returned two months ago and made roughly 700 edits since then with my focus being on general maintenance, A/VB and the more community orientated parts of the wiki. I’ve never been a great writer so I haven’t created new pages or standardized content, but I hopefully have shown the judgement and qualifications needed for being a sysop. --Vista ⁺¹ 12:55, 8 May 2007 (BST)
