Battle of Blackmore

As seen here, there is a huge debate over the topic. While it is obivous that the proposal to kick BoB out of Historical Events won't pass, there are those who want to make the page NPOV or to provide a link to a Pro-Zombie verison of events in Battle of Blackmore. The problem is that this page is Protected. It is also noted that, as the designer of the policy that formed Historical Events, I did not intend that any of the pages that passed voting to be protected, due to wanting edits to ensure that the events do become NPOV.

Basically, I just request Unprotection so that either a "Netural Point of View" verison of BoB be made, or a wiki link that establishes the Zombies' views gets added onto there (preferbly the latter, the former just seems to open itself up to abuse). After that, it can be Protected back. And if a edit war does occur, it would be prudent to go and protect it to stop the war from continug. But I do think something must be done in order to solve this problem and end the debate.--ShadowScope 04:50, 12 August 2007 (BST)

I think it should maintain its protected status at least until the voting ends. It would be spurious at best to have the page changed over and over again in the midst of a voting, and Hagnat didn't do wrong when protecting this highly contended page to prevent things like that and the casual edit wars and vandalism a page of this exposure can suffer. If there's someone that has a great idea on how should the page be reworded, he can make another page on a sandbox of some sort, but as it stands right now most of the guys that are voting against removal like the page as it is. --Matthew Fahrenheit YRCT+1 15:23, 13 August 2007 (BST)
We don't want a pro-zombie page. We want one that actually talks about the battle. --Sonny Corleone RRF CoL DORIS CRF pr0n 15:29, 13 August 2007 (BST)

Please protect our recruitment ad. No one's messed with it yet; this is preventative, not curative. Thanks. -- Atticus Rex mfu pif Δ 21:18, 10 August 2007 (BST)

New Arkham Free Zone

I want to get this page protected because it is an idea page for a concept and Nil Failstorm keeps attempting to broadcast his group and stir shit on the page. He has had problems with the group that invented the NAFZ idea in the past(the Peace Corps) and seems to believe his group single handedly destroyed the idea. It's a concept and not destroyable, especially not by a vulture group which formed when the Peace Corps were disbanding. It is an idea, can't be destroyed and shouldn't be subjected to his bragging and self aggrandizement.--Karekmaps?! 19:15, 10 August 2007 (BST)
