Election Space

The next election (assuming there are no demotions) will begin on 2014-03-16 for my (Bob Moncrief's) seat. Bob Moncrief EBDW! 00:44, 21 December 2013 (UTC)

The game is on. -- Spiderzed 14:10, 16 March 2014 (UTC)
Start Time: 14:09, 16 March 2014 (UTC)
Finish Time: 14:09, 30 March 2014 (UTC)

Eligible Candidates

Bob Moncrief

  1. I'd like to see Bob stick with it for longer. ~Vsig.png 05:26, 19 March 2014 (UTC)

Boxy

  1. Uhh. Yay for boxy? Aichon 22:04, 16 March 2014 (UTC)
Let me restate, now that Spider has reminded me that Bob is a valid candidate. Either one of them makes for a great 'crat, but if only one of them is active, there's only one choice. I've dinged boxy in the past for his activity levels, but it's Bob who's been less active recently, while boxy has quietly been getting in way more edits than most people realize. So, yeah, given the choice between two of the best folks we've ever had on the team, I'll take the one who's currently active any day. Aichon 04:00, 17 March 2014 (UTC)
Emot-argh.gif Time to promote moar psyops -- boxy 07:35, 17 March 2014 (BST)
Needing to promote more sysops so we can have a larger pool of 'crat candidates seems like a first-world sort of problem. I think we can do without until the right person comes along. ;) Aichon 14:12, 17 March 2014 (UTC)
Says the sysop who withdrew. --K 20:39, 17 March 2014 (UTC)
Yes, and? I was confident in the alternative choices and their superior capability in handling the pressure of the position. That I'm able to withdraw suggests we have enough sysops, not too few, you know. Aichon 21:19, 17 March 2014 (UTC)
It's just funny. Ignoring the Aichon-ese, I'm pretty sure you get where I'm coming from. As an aside, I actually agree there are plenty of sysops and that you fit better as sysop. --K 21:40, 17 March 2014 (UTC)
    I actually didn't get you. :-/ Aichon 21:49, 17 March 2014 (UTC)
  2. all your box are belong to us make your time ha ha ha -- Spiderzed 20:55, 17 March 2014 (UTC)
  3. fuck this guy-- HEY! HANDS OFF MAH BOOBS!   bitch   COBRA!   אמת 09:53, 18 March 2014
Darn that animated wobble is distracting... Luring punters to the vote. --wez 06:10, 19 March 2014 (UTC)
  4. Waffles--wez 06:07, 19 March 2014 (UTC)

Ineligible Candidates

  • Rosslessness - <12 edits in the last 30 days
  • Spiderzed - current bureaucrat

Withdrawn Candidates

Aichon

No. Bad sysops. You know better than to vote for me. Unless you're trying to get rid of me, in which case voting for me is a great way to do so. Aichon 22:04, 16 March 2014 (UTC)

  1. Everyone should quickly vote for Aichon. If we are lucky he won't notice the election, so we can chain him once again to his throne without him being able to escape by withdrawing this time. Tongue :P -- Spiderzed 14:26, 16 March 2014 (UTC)
  2. Shhhhhhhhhhhhhhh --Rosslessness 19:32, 16 March 2014 (UTC)
  3. This, make this happen. We're coming to get you, Barbara 00:50, 17 March 2014 (UTC)
    No. Aichon 03:51, 17 March 2014 (UTC)
