Certain people, namely Alan "I've been here like 2 weeks" Watson and that dude that RP's as a chick on the wiki think that policy discussion is some sort of playground. This policy serves to reform policy discussions by not allowing combative policies. -- Rueful 03:22, 26 October 2006 (BST)
