This Policy is to codify how the moderators would Ban individuals who willfully violate the T.O.S. specifically Section 5.1. As violation of the TOS is already a ban able offense, this policy simply informs the user base, and that such violations are punishable by ban, and lays out a specific order of escalation of such bans.

Implementation: Should a user create an issue, the Moderators would first deal with any Vandalism that has resulted from the problem. If there is no Vandalism, the Mod would refer the parties to arbitration. If Arbitration was unable to solve the issue, the user blatantly disregards the arbitration ruling, or simply continues in violation of the TOS, the user will be banned in the same manner and in addition to, the same scale used for vandals/vandalism.

Bans would be reversible by appeal, and any moderator found guilty of abuse of this policy would be subject to immediate misconduct proceedings.

Voting Rules

Votes must be numbered, signed, and timestamped. They can take one of two forms: # comments ~~~~ or # ~~~~ Votes that do not conform to the above will be struck by a sysop.

The only valid voting sections are For and Against. If you wish to abstain from voting, do not vote.
