WTF?!
St. Emelia's IS still a revive point. Why the lies, Finis?--Nallan (Talk) 23:40, 30 May 2008 (BST)
- FTR... My two bits worth... St E's has been barricaded up a lot of late. However, it is being actively maintained and de-barricaded. I know its status: I've seen it 'caded, I've used it recently, and I've de-caded it... Obviously, there is some contention, certain parties seem intent on barricading it, as evidenced by their tagging over the graffiti saying its an RP. These tags, too, I have seen. Others, however, are striving to keep it running. The Beavers lead in this, sure, but they are not the only ones. This is in-game stuff, yup... And it's exactly what the News item is attempting to convey. I'll admit, it's worded a little POV... But the basic story is a legit News story: factual, accurate and of importance to Santlerville's locals and visitors. --WanYao 08:05, 1 June 2008 (BST)
- So promoting in-game tactics through news section is just a little POV we can live with? Furthermore, St. E is only sporadically de-barricaded in such a way that this practically classifies more as an exception than as a rule. And I'm not sure about the importance of directing survivors towards a mostly inactive RP.--Luke Skywalker 10:47, 1 June 2008 (BST)
- I'm sorry but when did St. E's become "inactive"......Oh and Finis, they run English classes in Romania now? You are doing a lot better lately. Good job buddy :)--I'm a motherfuckin' lyrical wordsmith motherfuckin' genius! 14:18, 1 June 2008 (BST)
- One more time, Finis: neutral and factual info about RPs is considered OK in the news. Anyway... everyone knows the truth: your zerg accounts are responsible for barricading an otherwise functional Revive Point. You can dissemble all you like, it doesn't matter, like the song says, "Everybody knows..." --WanYao 06:34, 3 June 2008 (BST)
A Precendent Directly Applicable To This Case
I was involved in an arby case (see here ) and part of that case had to do with my removal of a News post about an indoor revive point in Penny Heights. One point that was made was that items presented in a neutral fashion about an RP are acceptable News articles. Please let me quote Arbitrator Karek on this very subject:
- "This is a great example of an NPOV comment that talks about a "tactic" while remaining neutral, informative, and somewhat entertaining."

Oh, Finny
Finis even tried a little pot shot in his acceptance of the ruling. He almost looked respectable throughout this case....--I'm a motherfuckin' lyrical wordsmith motherfuckin' genius! 14:16, 2 June 2008 (BST)
- Eh, the more ap he spends cading E's the less he spends killing beavers :) --xoxo 14:17, 2 June 2008 (BST)
