UDWiki talk:Administration/Vandal Banning/Archive/2007 04
Question from Amiasheep
I am posting this on Kevan's advice.
My problem is this: How come I get a ban for posting 'abuse' on a discussion page, (this is in Kevan's email to me - see below) and yet user Homuncubish does not? He vandalises then weasles his way out by bland apologies and protestations of innocence. Is that fair? And who the F is Rayvern to interfere? Is he official?
My Post on Humuncubish's Discussion Page today: Well, it all looks very cozy doesn't it. How come Homuncubish is permitted to post disgusting mysoginist sexual references and nothing happens, yet a response to them instigates a ban. This seems unfair to me, or am I just reverting to conspiracy theory?
Furthermore, who are you Rayvern? Some sort of self-appointed moderator? If you see yourself this way you should really strive for some objectivity, and make a balanced stance, and not be swayed by spurious arguments. With regards to the PK issue: to quote a mod 'Boxy' - "Hey, it's a Zombie apocolypse game. PK'ing happens. Live with it". - Homuncubish seems to think just because her has instigated his silly 'Traffic Light' (Kill on Sight) system, it makes HIS PK'ing justified. Does it really? IF so, why not mine? (One rule for one, one for another, it seems)

> Posting abuse to other people's user pages is counted as vandalism. You had been warned on your talk page against vandalising the wiki.
Your ban expires in 24 hours - if you have anything further to say, please take it up with the moderator who banned you.
- This was placed on my talk page. Someone sort this out. I'm tired of dealing with drama on this wiki.--Gage 20:24, 27 April 2007 (BST)
- This doesn't need to go to arbitration, all Amiasheep needs to realise is that he can discuss things on talk pages, but not on User or Group pages. Most (if not all) the warnings and bans have been handed out because he edited either User:Homuncubish's actual user page, or the Dragonhead group page (as opposed to the corresponding talk pages) -- boxy T L ZS Nuts2U DA 01:31, 29 April 2007 (BST)
- Ok, but it would be best if these guys stay away from each other. --T 02:11, 29 April 2007 (BST)
