"Doc" Baxter is a medic serving with the Malton Emergency Medical Service. He is currently teaching at The Academy in the SE District.

Doc is never seen without his shades, and rarely without a cold beer. His clothes are crumpled and worn. He seems to have a perpetual 5 o'clock shadow around his short, black goatee. His khaki BDU pockets bulge with medical supplies. "Doc" is rarely seen without his matching khaki boonie hat. He wears a few battered pins stuck to it with sayings like, "Pain lets you know you aren't ZED yet!", "If found ZED please REVIVE.", "This sure as HELL isn't Margaritaville", and "So long, and thanks for all the ZEDs." He carries a pistol in a shoulder holster, but prefers the axe slung across his back.

While he is happy to heal injuries, he cannot stand whiners.

As of 11/15/06 Doc has acquired all possible survivor skills.
Doc has accepted an AI position with the Kristi of the Dead campus in the SE of Malton as of 10/22/06.
Doc was appointed lead junior officer of the Red Thresh Campus from 10/9/06 through 10/11/06.
Doc finally picked up diagnosis. Expectations of a marked increase in the rate of XP gains now.
Doc is currently in training in the SW part of Malton. He is active in a combined effort to reclaim one of the 'burbs for all survivors. No further information may be reported due to security concerns.
