• Other: Reynalds has caught a strange and anomalous side effect of the Agent 50 strain, which causes bouts of Dementia. Additionaly, when exausted or very hungry, he is beset by halucenogenic visions.

William was born in Ireland, just to the south of Carlow, to two Scottish parents on vacation. He was raised in a small thorp near Edinburgh by his strongly Catholic parents, until they died in a car accident when he was sixteen. He was bounced from orphanage to orphanage for a few years, but when he turned eighteen, he fled to the military. He enlisted in the English army, and was quickly noticed for his observant nature, and his ability to make good decisions in stressful situations. He was permoted to sargeant and moved to the Special Air Services. After a few years of service, he got into an argument with his inept leutenant over the best way to carry out an objective, it escelated, and he was eventually dishonerably discharged for attempted mutiny.

He entered a successful career as a private contractor for quiet, unauthorized military tasks. During one such task, he met Alphonse Burr, in an internet cafe in Stuttgart, Germany, and the two men began corresponding. Six months later, he was on assignment in Malton when the outbreak occured.

He, although unaffected by the strain itself, picked up an anomalous aftereffect, through which he is wracked with bouts of Dementia and paranoia, and hallucinates fairly often. Upon suffering his first bout of Agent 50 induced dementia, he realized that he was one in Malton affected thusly, when NecroTech employees tried to sedate him and bring him into custody for experimantation. At this time, he found out that his old friend, Alphonse Burr, was also trapped in Malton. In addition, he learned of the group, Extractor Hacked which Burr had formed, and was immediatly interested. After evading several NecroWatch partols, he finally met up with Burr. Given the position as head tactition and head of military ventures for the group to be by Burr, deemed fitting because of his military background. He has discovered intellegence that NecoTech is aware of what has happned to him, and actually has a treatment for the dementia, but the company is witholding the cure, hoping to learn more about the anomaly. It is this barring of his cure, which has enraged Reynalds, and he now awaits his opportunity to strike back against the establishment which wronged him.
