Arathen is an extrordinarly short, wiry teenaged girl. She has dark brown hair, and steely blue-grey eyes. Her arms and shoulders are quite scarred, implying she's seen a fair amount of combat. Some of the scars on her shoulders appear to be from bullet wounds.
She wears a small, silver crucifix on a matching silver chain around her neck. Usually dressed in jeans, a tank top, a standard police-issue flak jacket (one size too large), and a set of metal-reinforced leather gloves and boots, she's never without her axe and a messenger bag with a decent collection of ammo, firearms, and other supplies.
