One of the many scouts sent in during the initial outbreak, Arluc managed to keep out of trouble in the city's sewer. Unfortunately a recent and very heavy rain, flooded his hideout, forcing him to the surface. More precisely in Shuttlebank. Due to the recent zombie activity in said suburb, Arluc moved again. He believes strongly in cooperation beetween survivors: so, if you need a fak or some info about his surroundings, just ask them.
