Arthur Swan is a Fire Marshal in the Malton Fire Department, in nominal charge of the MFD in their Northwest-1 district. I'm always looking to recruit more firefighters; there's plenty of zombie activity to go around up here. Eastonwood, Chudleyton, and East Becktown are especially fun places right now, but the MFD can use your help just about anywhere you want.
