Appearance:
Blaze stands at 5’6”, she’s got a small build, but don’t let that fool you, she can handle her own in any situation. Her smile, blue eyes and her curly red hair are her defining traits. Her standard attire underneath her firefighter’s jacket and helmet she wears her favorite pair of jeans, a t-shirt and black combat boots. She’s got several tattoos, each of them have a story. If you’re lucky, you’ll find it, if you’re luckier, she’ll tell you the meaning behind it. If she had to label herself as anything, she’d call herself a punk cowgirl. She’s got that “take charge attitude” but is pretty laid back on most occasions. "Blaze" does consider herself a feminist, but always likes to have the door opened for her.
“Blaze” took her name from the movie as a stage name, since her dominant feature is her fiery red hair. It would seem “Blazing Saddle” looked better on a marquee or stage bill than her given name; which, by the way, is a well kept secret! Before coming to Malton, "Blaze" toured the country with a burlesque troupe; she’s adept at card manipulation, small magic tricks, and has a collection of colored fishnet stockings, heels and ostrich feathers. She claims to have performed for the King of Sweden and the Queen of Luxembourg; but has she really?
“Blaze” is the current Fire Marshall of NW-1 and is romantically linked to NW Superintendent Marc Sweeny.
