This policy would simply state that Data (seen on the right) is a total badass, and anyone saying otherwise shall be frowned on and feel the wrath of a million Phasers set to kill.

Also, it must be understood that Spock is always right, and everything that comes out of Spocks mouth is either a fact or the most logical explanation, and anyone who disagrees with that suffers from previously stated punishment.
