Hiro Chiefy Ando is a young police officer who was recruited just before the quarantine hit. Having known Officer Jack Kirk, who became the head of the Stallings Drive Police Department as well as the whole Monroeville Police Department, before and during training, he was suppose to report to Stallings Drive - however the quarantine hit unexpectedly just a day before he was suppose to start.
As such, after days of quarantine, without any contact and with the city becoming infested with zombies, he knew his home was no longer safe. He causiously began working his way through the streets of South Monroeville. As he made his way north, he realized it would take to long to get to Stallings Drive, being so far north of him, and as such entered Brewer Street Police Dept, which became his new home. He was then able to get in contact with Stallings Drive, which, he found out, was organizing the Monroeville Police Department. Thus, Brewer Street PD became part of the new and reorganized MPD.

Hiro Chiefy Ando is a 22 year old 5'10 with semi dark skin, short spiked dark brown hair, and is quick and athletic but limited on brute strength.
