Description: 5'7 tall, 160lbs, soft-spoken white-boy from the farmlands of Pennsylvania. Doesn't look like much at first glance, but has been hunting, shooting, and backpacking for years. Strong religious faith helps him keep his cool. Has a hatred for zeds and pkers. Served as a US Army Designated Marksman, attached to a helicopter unit. While flying recon/sniper patrols over the southern portion of the Quarantine Zone, a malfunction with the tail rotor caused a crash landing in Spicer Hills. Chip now maintains an observation point ("OP")/safe house/art gallery in western Williamsville.
