Biography

Doktor Totenkopf, is an infamous war criminal beyond the quarantined city of Malton, but within those walls he is just another Survivor. Doktor Totenkopf was working for Necrotech when the city was quarantined.Necortech hired Dr. Totenkopf to help research a new and more powerful strand of a new Biological Weapon. Dr. Totenkopf delivered on his contract with Necrotech and now, The entire City suffers.... Upon entering the Tikhon Hospital in Ruddlebank, Dr. Totenkopf tried some of the Famous Cheesy Poofs and was addicted over night. He now spends most of his time "selling" Medical Degrees or working on a more Powerful Poof.
