A civilian, this guy has clearly not gotten used to the whole zombie thing and has been living in perpetual fear. The thick mud stains tell you all to clearly this guy hasn't been fighting, he's the one who's been hiding in a drain outside praying the zombies leave, praying so hard it hurts.
location: safe-ish place in Havercroft near two hospitals, gonna pick up some FAKs
