Doctor Neviel has been playing this game from the start. He began in Miltown. He's traveled all over the Malton suburbs. He's switched between many groups. He started with the Fort Perryn Defense Force, then the Umbrella Biohazard Containment Service, then the Creedy Defense Force, then the Dulston Alliance, then the Rolt Heights Vigilante Patrol, then he wandered the west solo. I've finally returned east and settled with the Feral Undead. He's also a member of the 10K Club.
His current goal is to keep Fort Perryn as Fort Feral.
