Eri Eligar has amnesia and does not remember much of his past. Here is what happened in his past (basically, what he is trying to find out).
Eri Eligar was a member of his local Police Force. An excellent shot his entire life, he was hired at age 16 and quickly rose in ranks. He married at age 25, but his wife was shot three years later in a hostage situation. At that point, he developed a nervous twitch that picked up whenever he held a gun. Because of such, he was reduced to dispatch. Deciding to leave the police force, in the hopes of putting that life behind him, Eri switched to an ambulance dispatch job. He quickly gained his only friend - Nirovan, in whom he confided his past story. Eri is now 31 and developed amnesia from an attack on his station.
