About me

Cake cake cake.

I play the game, edit the occasional wiki page when I spot something that needs changing, and vote on suggestions. I haven't made any suggestions yet (I don't have an imagination), and I haven't written any articles (I write as I speak -- brokenly -- with many an aside: like this one).

If you want to chat, email me through the wiki with your contact details -- I use pretty much all the usual chat systems.

I have two characters at the moment.

  • ExplodingFerret, the independent miltary survivor geezer. At this time, he hasn't died yet, and he's level 6.
  • ExplodingStoat, his brother, zombified (and loving it). Stood up on the same day as his brother decided to fight against the zombie hordes. However, he's only managed to reach level 2 and has died six or seven times (and reviv'd twice against his will).

I don't think I've done anything particularly wrong with either character. I think that low-level zombies have a rough deal in the game as it stands, so I'd like to see some changes that make it generally nicer to be a harman-eater.

Because any buffs to low-level zombies are likely to help higher-level zombies (or, at the very least, increase the quantity of them), I am voting against almost all suggestions that help higher-level zombies.

((Update -- Zombie's now level six... but survivor's level 13! Woah! I got the zombie to join up with The Big Bash, so that's helped a lot; but technically he's fallen behind even more.)) --07:24, 19 October 2006 (BST)

((Update again: Zombie is effectively level eight (not buying a skill until I need one, such as door opening), while my survivor's effectively level seventeen! I was hoping my little zee would catch up, but it ain't happenin'. ;.; )) --21:25, 26 October 2006 (BST)

((Last update I can be bothered to make: Zombie is level 16, Survivor is (effectively, in level + XP) level 26. XP gain seems to have evened out between the two, although the zombie is still further behind because of the bad start. I'm sure I did nothing significantly wrong in trying to gain XP for both of these players; the zombie is just signifcantly worse off as a starting character in this game, as far a progression goes.)) --00:28, 20 November 2006 (UTC)
