GIJeff was working as a coroner at St Columbanus's Hospital in Lerwill Heights before the outbreak. When the epidemic started, he was amongst one of the first to fall, killed by a body he was examining.

Later, when he awoke as a zombie, he felt a new thirst for life...taking it. He wandered aimlessly from suburb to suburb, killing mercilessly, until he ended up in Ridleybank, where he met up with Gus Thomas. Gus introduced Jeff to a group of zombies who shared Jeff's thirst for blood.

Now Jeff is inhabiting Ridleybank, helping to rid it of the evil plague that is humanity.
