Joe Loki is one of a late wave of survivors to realise that they actually were survivors. He spawns from 55 Bayley Street, East Boundwood.

It was just a normal day in "Cash Over Brains," a local strip club, when Joe realised that something was up. What this meant was that he tried to slip a fiver in the lingerie of one the attractive dancing girls when her arm promptly fell off. He left for the nearest mall. This seemed to be the best plan of action, given Joe's special skills: fluent English, mediocre strength and a heightened sense of shopping.

Joe headed for Bale Mall where he encountered Shawn Crahan. After a short scuffle they vowed to stay alive the only way they could: by forming a partnership dedicated to wiping out the zombie race- MEN IN FLAK. Joe's hobbies now include fleeing in terror, waving guns around and croquet. So don't forget to say "hi" if you pass this feisty individual in the street, and remember: Let him know when they get that damned strip club up and running again. They haven't invented a portable generator for that yet...
